As reported in the previous posting about the new Sweet Crisps from 34 Degrees, I found the BelGioioso Mascarpone to be a perfect pairing with each of the four flavors: Caramel, Cinnamon, Graham and Chocolate… which brings me to the conclusion that BelGioioso Mascarpone is a perfect pairing with most anything… including one of my favorites, mus musculus… something we’ve only seen once here at The Manse…
This Mascarpone is a sweet, Italian-style cream cheese that can be substituted for butter when making toast or bagels and is terrific with berries, especially those of the straw persuasion.
It is a main ingredient in The lady’s favorite dessert, TiraMisu and perfect for any cheesecake you might want to create. In fact, Mascarpone is so versatile that the the folks in Philadelphia are crying… as they should be…
This fresh cheese makes The Man start swooning when The lady brings it through the door… and when she serves it, we wonder if 911 is the next call she’ll need to make.
BelGioioso Mascarpone is a perfect cheese and I give it 4 Paws out of 4 Paws (cause that’s all I’ve got).
Serving Suggestions: The sky is the limit.
