2017 Cheese of the Day Database – March

 

This is a work in progress and will be updated daily between March 1 and May 31, 2017. Due to the size of this database, I have decided to break it up into months:

The Facebook Cheese Study Group released its Cheese Study Group 2017 Schedule that uses the ACS Body of Knowledge as the backbone. On March 1st, The Study Group began its “Cheese of the Day”, showcasing a different cheese everyday. An important part of the ACS CCP Exam® is your knowledge of categories of cheese and specific cheeses. The exam questions may not directly ask you about specifics of certain cheeses, but you may be asked to pair a cheese with a specific wine or to create a local cheese plate. If you don’t know the specifics, these questions might “stump” you. By bringing you our “Cheese of the Day” series, you’ll increase your cheese IQ and better prepare yourself for the ACS CCP Exam®:
