In 2011 at Bra Slow Food Cheese aka “Cheese”, I made a total fool of myself when I met Mary Quicke, a true Queen of English Cheese. I met her in the lobby of the hotel where everyone from the US was staying… I didn’t care… I met Mary Quicke… here’s the proof…
