If you want to stage an event that includes cheese, I’m your girl; from simple trays, to complex grazing tables to cheese classes, I can work with you to dazzle your guests with specialty cheeses that exceed your imagination.

 

My decade career in cheese makes me uniquely qualified to “Bring Specialty Cheese To You”.

As my resume reflects, in 2011 I joined the Murray’s Cheese Set-Up Specialist team, opening Murray’s Cheese Counters in select Kroger stores and training their associates. For three years, I opened seventy-five shops and trained more than one thousand associates to be cheesemongers with expert knowledge in food safety, cheese and customer service. I taught both Basic Training and the elite Red Jacket Training classes.

During that time, I re-wrote and updated both the Basic Training and Red Jacket Training Manuals.

With this knowledge and experience, I can assist you in setting up a new cheese program, updating your cheese program, training your associates both in cheese and in food safety.

In addition to my Cheese Professional Certification, I am also a Certified ServSafe Food Production Manager, Instructor and Exam Proctor. With this certification I can offer Food Safety instruction, exam and proctoring services. I can also provide food safety third-party auditing services to prepare your restaurant or food service establishment for health department inspections.
