Chelsea is a member of the 2014 ACS Certified Cheese Professional™ Class.
She works at Rogue Creamery in Central Point, OR and manages the Wholesale Department; her title is “Cheesemonger Advocate”.
She works daily with distributors, wholesale accounts and retail customers both nationally and internationally.
Weekends find her hiking or exploring the Rogue Valley; enjoying a taste at one of the local wineries or breweries or watching House of Cards on Netflix.
