Fair Oaks Farm, Indiana’s Largest DairyFarm, located in Fair Oaks, Indiana boasts that it is the “official milk of the Indianapolis Colts” – now that must be some great milk!
They are a sustainable dairy and like Crave Brothers in Wisconsin they literally turn S**T into shinola using their cow poo to make power for their farm.
They have also begun producing a series of videos about Fair Oaks Farms and the products they make. In Episode One they discuss the sustainability aspect of the farm and how their 32,000 cows “power” the farm. Enjoy:
