Fair Oaks Farm, Indiana’s Largest Dairy Farm, located in Fair Oaks, Indiana boasts that it is the “official milk of the Indianapolis Colts” – now that must be some great milk!
In Episode 2, the milk arrives at the cheese plant and the plant manager takes us through the first steps of testing the milk and pasteurizing it in preparation of the cheesemaking process.
