The Lady and I are big fans of Parrano, a Dutch Gouda that has issues and thinks it is a Parmesan… After reviewing it way back in the early days of the blog, we forgot about Parrano… The Lady recently brought a wedge home and used it to make an Alfredo Sauce. This was the best Alfredo Sauce ever… seriously… the best ever. Now, there is always a wedge of Parrano in the fridge and today she pulled it out for our 20th Grilled Cheese… and of course, we went Italian…
