April is Grilled Cheese Month: #8 Tillamook Pimento Cheese on Wonder Bread

Joel and The Lady New Year's Eve 1993It’s Sunday at The Masters… how could we not make today a Pimento Cheese Grilled Cheese… it’s tradition here at The Manse that goes back many years with The Lady and her deceased brother, Joel… watching The Masters together and eating Pimento Cheese Sandwiches…

This batch of pimento cheese was made combining Tillamook Medium Cheddar with Tillamook Three Year Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar, two favorites around here… always served on simple Classic White Wonder Bread.
