April is Grilled Cheese Month: #19 Sonoma Jack’s Parmesan and Peppercorn Cheese Wedges with Kalamata Olives

The Lady’s Cheese Friend, Erin (previously a Cheese Steward at Fred Meyer), gave us a bag of cheese goodies that included a container of Sonoma  Jack Parmesan and Peppercorn Cheese Wedges… The Lady paired this spreadable cheese with Kalamata olives and the combination was perfect for a rainy day in Seattle (where The Lady is working this week…).
