The Lady brought home Effie’s Oatcakes for The Man and before he could get his digits on the package… because we know that once The Man gets his pesky digits on tasty morsels, those morsels have a tendency to disappear…Anyway… I digressed… The Lady “snuck” a couple for me to taste and share my thoughts with you, my loyal readers…
Again, these oatcakes are the best; crunchy and not too sweet and yet just sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and balance the saltiness of a blue cheese or pair well with a dessert cheese like those tasty Stiltons stuffed with stuff…
You’re gonna love these… but if you have someone in your house who doesn’t like to share… hide these well and don’t share them yourself.
