James Beard Award-Winning Writer, Janet Fletcher

Like all cheese nerds, I subscribe to a lot of cheese newsletters. The only newsletter I read EVERY week is Janet Fletcher’s Planet Cheese*. For more than a decade Janet, who is a James Beard Award-Winning Writer, has been writing weekly articles about cheese. Along with her tasting notes, she shares each cheese’s story and history. In addition to being delightful, each article is educational and I learn something new each time, even the cheeses I know and eat regularly.

With Janet’s blessing, I created the following database of selected reviews and articles she has written (and, yes, I have read every one of these articles; some more than once). I chose cheeses and articles (more than 200 total) that I think are more likely to be included in ACS CCP® exam in some fashion.
