Approximately 35% of the 150 questions of the ACS CCP Exam® will come from this domain.
Those of you in retail will have an easier time with this domain because you tell your cheese’s stories every day. Knowing each cheese’s story helps know this domain: Country of origin; type of milk; raw or pasteurized; style; pairing (covered in Domain 10); in some instances, cheese that inspired its creation (i.e. Pleasant Ridge Reserve being inspired by Beaufort and Gruyere).
