I am teaming up again this year with Blue Haven Bee and Southern Origin Meadery for our second annual Valentine’s Wine and Cheese Event. This year, while featuring specialty cheeses, we are mixing it up a bit and making it an hors d’oeuvre and champagne event.
We opened reservations on Monday and as of last night had sold half of the available tickets; Make your reservations ASAP to guarantee a table for you and your special Valentine. Tickets are $40 and include a Prosecco split plus the menu posted here. Our thanks to Kelly’s Jelly, 34 Degrees, Kaserei Champignon, Gourmet Foods International, Rogue Creamery, Sierra Nevada Cheese, Comte Cheese and Creminelli Fine Meats for their support of this event.
With the menu and bubbly, each table will have a cheese board (on one of my wooden cheese boards I make) featuring Kaserei’s Black Cambozola and Rogue Creamery’s Touvelle, Kelly’s Jellies (Strawberry and Strawberry Habanero), a selection of 34 Degrees Crisps, Caramelized Walnuts, Specialty Olives, EVOO, Balsamic Vinegars and, of course, honey.
The facts: Thursday, February 14th, 2019, 6pm to 8pm, Blue Haven Bee and Southern Origin Meadery, $40 per person, reservations a must, 706 245 6586 to reserve your table.
Bee There or Bee Left Out of a Fun Evening!!!!
