Now Available at Blue Haven Bee and Sweet Combs of Honey…

I have installed refrigerators at both Blue Haven Bee Wine Bar and Sweet Combs of Honey Specialty Art Gallery. They are stocked with Specialty Cheeses, Cured Meats, my Premium Line of Cheese Spreads and other Specialty Food Items.

Everything Grab n Go ready to make that perfect cheese platter for your family and friends; a picnic at the Lake or just for you to enjoy on the porch.

The fridge will be restocked at least once a month with new items. Cheese Spreads will change weekly. For your pleasure, here is what I stocked this week:

Merlot BellaVitano from Wisconsin’s Sartori Cheese: Pasteurized milk with Cheddar& Parmesan cultures soaked in Merlot for 3 days before aging. $9 per wedge (5.3 ounces)

Chevoo with Smoked Sea Salt and Rosemary. This delicate chèvre is hand-blended with smoked sea salt & cracked pepper; marinated in rosemary-infused EVOO blend. $11 per jar (4 ounce)

Award-Winning Grand Cru. A Gruyere-style cheese from Wisconsin; aged 4 months. Great snacking cheese but also perfect for your favorite mac n cheese. $11 per wedge (6 ounces)

Dutch Vincent Gouda. This pasteurized cheese combines Gouda & Parmesan cultures, an excellent cheese for your favorite Alfredo Sauce. Also, a perfect snacking cheese. $12 per wedge (6.64 ounce)

Tillamook Aged White Extra-Sharp Cheddar. This iconic Oregon cheddar is an elegant cheddar for special occasions yet affordable to be your “everyday” Cheddar. $11 per wedge (7 ounces)

Sartori’s Sarvecchio from Wisconsin. An award-winning American Parmesan. Nutty with sweet notes. A great parm that rivals the best of Italy. $8 per wedge (5.3 ounce)

Daniele American Prosciutto. Made using Old World traditions. Mouth-watering goodness. $7 per package (3 ounces)

Daniele Genoa Salame. Zesty with a rich texture, made using wine & quality spices. $6 per package (3 ounces)

Castelvetranos Olives. Buttery; melt-in-your-mouth olives not your mother’s olives. You will love these. $5 per tub (4.4 ounces) (only available at Sweet Combs of Honey)

Fromage Ami Fig Cake with Walnuts. Cheese’s “BFF”. A perfect complement to your cheese. $6 per slice (3-ounce).

Marcella’s Small Batch Pepper Spread

Small-Batch Cheese Spreads. Handmade in Franklin County using only top-shelf ingredients. Flavors vary depending on my “mood”. Traditional flavors $6/tub and Premium Line $10-12/tub. This week, the featured cheese spread is “The Masters'” Pimento Cheese – the same recipe as anyone who visits Augusta National during Masters’ Week. Both Traditional and Spicy. $6/tub.
