Mid-2021 Face Rock Creamery‘s head cheesemaker and our friend, Brad Sinko, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer. Shortly after hearing this news he found out that the cancer had spread from his lungs to his brain and spine. In late 2021, he underwent treatment that eradicated most of the cancer, but some remains. Even with insurance, the cost of treatment exceeds his policy. His friends at Face Rock have established a GoFundMe to help with all of the extra expenses.
