This year I will be making a batch of Miss Anne’s original pimento cheese ( traditional and spicy) made with Cabot Co-Op Cheddars and Jack cheeses and local pimentos from Jan and Zen Garden here in Lavonia. Starting at $10 for 8oz; $15 for 16oz and $25 for 32oz. Perfect for your veggie platters and appetizer before main meal. Miss Anne created this recipe more than fifty years ago and shortly before her death, she shared the recipe with me. I have slightly adapted it with my own herb and spice mixture.
Pimento Cheese and Platter pick-ups in Lavonia the Tuesday or Wednesday (November 22 or 23) before Thanksgiving.
